We had a such a good Easter this year. We started our morning with the checking out the loot that Sienna received from the Easter Bunny. She loved the sound that the eggs made when she shook them and LOVED the fact that there was candy in them so much that she was literally shaking.
Nick and I were cracking up how excited she was.
Afterward we headed off to church and heard wonderful messages about Christ
and his atonement and resurrection.

After church we went over to spend the rest of the evening with my family. My mom had planned an egg hunt for the kids and even color coded the eggs so that each kid have their own color. Sienna had the purple eggs. Nick took so many cute pictures of her on the hunt it was hard to choose my favorites to post...
We had a great time at Grandpa and Grandma's house. We are so grateful for our faith and family and the opportunity that Easter brings us to reflect on both of these things.
